Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-10-08
These are the rules for using Ruvio while it is in private beta. We kept them short and plain. By signing in or using Ruvio you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who we are
Ruvio ("we", "us") runs the website at ruvio.site and the product at chat.ruvio.site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is part of these terms.
2. Private beta, by invitation
Ruvio is invite-only. We let people in gradually. The service is a beta: it can have bugs, change, slow down or stop. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
3. Your account
- You sign in with Google. You must be at least 18.
- The account is for you alone. Do not share it or sell access to it.
- Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- An invite code is for the person it was given to. Do not trade or sell codes.
4. What Ruvio does
You create bots. Each bot works for you on your private computer: it can use a browser, work with files and call AI models to get a task done. You can watch it and take over the browser.
- AI can be wrong. Bots make mistakes. Check their work before you rely on it, above all for money, legal, health or safety decisions.
- Approvals. Before a bot sends a message, email, calendar invitation or post for you in a supported app, Ruvio shows you the exact text and waits for your approval. Only approve what you want sent. Once you approve, the action is yours.
- Pace limits. Bots type at a human pace and are limited in how much they can send. These limits can change.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Ruvio, or let your bots, to:
- break the law or help someone else break it;
- send spam, run scams or mislead people;
- harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- attack, probe or overload other people's systems, or ours (including the host machine, the network and other users' computers);
- try to break out of your private computer, bypass limits or approvals, or get at other users' data;
- scrape or automate a website in a way its own rules forbid;
- create or share content that sexually exploits children, or other content that is illegal;
- resell Ruvio, or copy it to build a competing service.
6. You are responsible for your bots
Your bots act in your account and on your instructions. You are responsible for what they do, including what they do in third-party apps and websites such as Google, X, WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord. Those apps have their own terms. You must follow them. We are not a party to your relationship with those apps, and they may limit or close your account there.
When you take over your computer's browser, you are responsible for what you do there.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put in and what your bots make for you. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to our AI model providers, only as needed to run Ruvio for you. You confirm you have the right to use the files and information you give your bots.
8. Limits
Use of AI models is measured in tokens, and each plan has an allowance. Computers also have storage and speed limits. Your current allowance and plan are shown in the app. We may change limits, plans and features. We may stop work that goes over a limit.
9. No guarantee of availability
Ruvio is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be always on, error-free, or that results will be accurate or fit for your purpose. It also depends on other services, such as AI model providers, Google and Cloudflare, that we do not control. Please keep your own copy of anything important.
10. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we think your account puts others or the service at risk, if the law requires it, or if we end the beta. Where we can, we will tell you first. We may act at once when there is abuse or a security risk.
11. Liability
We will do our best to run Ruvio with care. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost business;
- we are not liable for what your bots do in third-party apps or websites, or for decisions you make from a bot's output;
- our total liability to you for all claims is limited to what you paid us for Ruvio in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. If we disagree, let us first try to solve it by talking. If that fails, the courts of Indonesia decide.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as Ruvio grows. We will change the date at the top. For changes that matter we will tell signed-in users in the app. If you keep using Ruvio after a change, you accept it.
